EVENT: Ethiopian Veterinary Association, 31st Annual Conference

ADDIS ABABA (EVA) The 31st annual conference of the Ethiopian Veterinary Association (EVA) will be held in Addis Ababa at the conference hall of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UN-ECA) from the 5th to 6th September, 2017.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Enhancing Veterinary Services through Improved Application of Innovative Approaches/IT solutions”. This annual event will feature a broad range of presentations that provide participants with a unique occasion to get insight into adoption and application of innovative approaches and IT/ICT solutions in the delivery of veterinary services.
The Conference will be officially opened by H.E. Minister of Livestock and Fisheries, Fekadu Beyene, PhD. About 1000 participants from relevant national and international organizations, all regional states of the country and special invitees are anticipated to take part. Invited conference participants have a background of veterinary medicine, livestock production, public health, information technology, communication, environment, wildlife, economics and other allied fields of study and high level decision makers.
