Addis Ababa (ENA)– Cevital Group, Algeria-based conglomerate engaged in various business sectors, expressed desire to invest in Ethiopia in various areas.
Cevital Group is engaged in four main business sectors: food processing, industry, logistics & distribution, automotive & services.
CEO of the Group, Issad Rebrab made the remark during the discussion held with Foreign Minister Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu here.
The CEO said his company is interested in investing in agriculture, food processing, services and industry.
He added that his company has a plan to establish huge investment projects in Ethiopia, and it has conducted market assessment for the past three years to make the plan real.

Sugar production and processing, oil seeds and edible oil, and feed are among the areas the company has selected for its investment in Ethiopia based on the assessment, he added.
Dr. Workneh expressed the country’s commitment to extend the necessary support that will enable the company start its investment here.
Cevital Group has signed agreement that will facilitate the situation for the company’s ambition to open sugar processing plant with the public enterprises, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
